'Would not recommend this place'

'We stayed at this hotel for two nights while driving from Canada with our family. One of the main reasons I chose this property was because Expedia advertised that it offered accessible bathrooms. My daughter has both physical and intellectual disabilities and uses a wheelchair, so having an accessible washroom was essential for our stay. Unfortunately, when we arrived after a 9-hour drive, we were informed that the hotel does not have accessible rooms. I was told they had attempted to contact...

'Well maintained, friendly staff, good breakfast'

'Clean property, large rooms and good breakfast with spacious dining area. Centrally located.'

'The hotel has been newly remodeled so it is very nice. The staff however was a woman who was not helpful at all. When I booked online I specifically asked for ground floor because I had hip surgery last December. Upon arrival she said there were no rooms available on ground floor, ok fine I'm pretty easy going. So she put us on 6th floor, fine there was an elevator. Then she puts us wayyyy at the end of the hall last room! There is no compassion for anyone anymore, and if you are a guest that...

'Felt new and clean, just a little construction going on in one area. Big common areas in lobby and outdoor terrace to hang out. Good breakfast, overall great value.'

'This property looks ok on the surface, but looking around after a few days, not as clean as other ING properties I have stayed in. Hall carpets dirty, lots of fingerprints everywhere. On the 4th day, I was greeted by what looked like a roach while getting out of the shower. Sent a photo to the management number and shared with them at checkout and the clerk acted like it was a usual occurrence. Property not near anything that would cause an increase in bugs naturally.'

'The rooms have recently been renovated. They're very, very nice. I will say, that originally I was sort of turned off by the fact that breakfast isn't free. Let me tell you, the breakfast available at the on-site restaurant is terrific and worth the price. It beats the cruddy frozen omelets in a steam tray offering of other hotels in the area. Trilogy is my new landing spot when I'm working/staying in Albany.'
