At Villa Calm Waters you'll find a stylish vacation home that harmoniously combines comfort, design, and a feel-good atmosphere. The tranquil elegance of this home is immediately apparent upon entering the spacious, light-filled living area. Light colors, tasteful furnishings, and lovingly placed accents create a modern yet cozy ambiance. The open-plan concept connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, perfect for gatherings with family or friends.

The kitchen is a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or simply values ​​convenience. High-quality appliances, a large island, granite countertops, and a full suite including a Nespresso and Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender, and much more leave nothing to be desired. Breakfast overlooking the pool is the perfect start to the day. The dining area offers space for convivial meals and flows seamlessly into the living area, where comfortable sofas and a large smart TV ensure relaxing movie nights. There's also a separate TV room—ideal for children or guests who want their own entertainment. For music lovers, we have installed a Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you to listen to your favorite home radio stations or your own playlists throughout the house via your mobile device.

The four bedrooms are elegantly furnished and ensure restful sleep. In the master bedroom, you'll enjoy the luxury of a king-size bed, direct access to the terrace, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and double sinks. The other bedrooms are equipped with queen-size or twin beds and share a modern bathroom. Another bathroom with a toilet and sink is accessible from the pool area. High-quality linens, fluffy towels, and tasteful decorations ensure that extra touch of comfort.

The highlight of the villa is undoubtedly the outdoor area: The large, south-facing saltwater pool is electrically heated and operates with a salt system, making the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. It's essentially a freshwater pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes. Surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and a whirlpool, you can enjoy sunny days and balmy evenings here. A large dining table under the covered terrace invites you to barbecue and enjoy meals together – the gas grill creates the perfect holiday feeling.

There's no shortage of technological amenities either: Wi-Fi throughout the house, smart TVs in several rooms, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a garage for guests are all included. The large glass fronts always offer a view of the water.

A boat rental is recommended! No boat license is required in Florida. Explore Sanibel and Captiva, among other places, and discover dolphins. Unfortunately, boats cannot be delivered to the villa at this time because there is no boat dock, but we are happy to offer you a replacement dock if you still wish to rent a boat.
