The outdoor living features an electric heated saltwater pool and spa, oversized deck, and waterfront views. A converted garage game room keeps both kids and adults entertained for hours. The dedicated home office with high-speed WiFi means remote workers can stay connected during their stay.

Peach Paradise sits on a saltwater canal in Southwest Cape Coral with peaceful waterfront views right from the pool deck. The convenient location puts guests close to Cape Coral's restaurants and shopping at Cape Harbour or downtown.

Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bath with dual vanities and walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 2: King bed, en-suite bath with tub/shower combo and single vanity.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower and single vanity.
- Bedroom 4: Queen bed.
- Bedroom 5: Two sets of twin bunks — great for kids and teens.
- Guest Bathroom: Walk-in shower, single vanity, direct pool deck access.

The interior presents a mid-century modern Scandinavian vibe, with a cozy living space and huge flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances. Find Smart TVs in every bedroom (except the bunk room) plus one on the lanai. The dedicated home office offers a quiet spot to work remotely. The converted garage game room delivers hours of fun with a foosball table, Pac-Man arcade game, pinball machine, and football toss game.

Grab an inflatable and relax in the electric heated saltwater pool and spa, surrounded by an oversized pool deck. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes a BBQ grill, refrigerator, and sink. The waterfront dock with a Tiki Hut is perfect for drinks at sunset or docking a boat (lift not available). Four adult bicycles, kids' helmets, and a bike trailer allow your family to explore Cape Coral together. Or grab the beach essentials and head out to the water!

Rates & Policies:
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with an additional fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for approximately 3–5 days.
- Electric charge is prepaid and included in the reservation.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- The garage is not available for parking due to the game room, but ample driveway space is available.
- This property has exterior cameras on the pool deck and front driveway only.
- Trash pickup is early Tuesday morning and must be placed at the end of the driveway Monday night or a $50 fine applies.
