The Space:

The open floor plan is filled with natural light and outfitted with all-new furnishings throughout. The living room invites you to unwind on a comfortable couch surrounded by inviting decor, with a flat-screen TV ready for movie nights or catching up on shows after a day at the beach. A dedicated workspace is also available if you need to send a quick email before heading out the door.

Sleeping arrangements

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully laid out with comfortable mattresses and storage space, so you can unpack and settle in properly. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades are all provided to help you sleep soundly after a full day in the sun.

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, plus cooking basics, dishes, and silverware - everything you need to put together your own meals between beach trips.

Bathroom

The single bathroom features a bathtub, hot water, and plenty of plush towels, along with shampoo, body soap, and other essentials so you can pack light.

Outdoor & location

Take a dip in the on-site pool, or grab the provided beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - and head toward the shore for an afternoon by the water. You're close to Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, with easy access to Orlando for day trips. Free parking on premises and free street parking make coming and going simple, and self check-in with a smart lock means you can settle in on your own schedule. Wifi and air conditioning round out the comforts, and pets allowed welcomes the whole family along for the trip.

Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
