'We had an excellent stay at Mosaic Homes. Perfect location in the center of Granada, close to the cathedral but also reachable by car to drop off our luggage. There is no full-time reception, but communication via WhatsApp goes very smoothly. The staff responds very quickly, even during weekends and late at night. 'As frequent travelers who have stayed in accommodations across different continents and price ranges, this was one of the more uncomfortable stays we’ve had in terms of noise and overall comfort. We were very disappointed with this accommodation. While there are a few small positives like easy self check-in, towels provided, basic cooking essentials (oil, salt, pepper), and good closet space, they don’t make up for the major issues. 'The apartment was great it was spacious and nicely updated and decorated. The roof deck had great views of the cathedral and was a in convent location to walk around in town. The concierge was great and gave excellent restaurant recommendations and was very helpful.'
