The terracotta floors on the ground floor and beautiful vaulted ceilings in the basement add to the breathtaking results. From the moment you arrive, the house offers a sense of tranquillity, surrounded by nature and panoramic views. Reaching the house is a journey in itself: to access this secluded retreat, you'll travel through a 2 km stretch of forest, enhancing the feeling of being truly immersed in nature. The property is surrounded by 5000 square meters of fenced garden, featuring typical plants and flowers. A ping pong table, a foosball table and a bocce court are also available, and on the other side of the garden there is a swing for children. Next to the house, there is a barbecue, always available, and a wood-fired oven, ideal for pizza cooking classes (it can only be used on request and with a professional chef).

Nestled in the woodlands of Monte Pisano, near the charming village of Ruota, Casale Sunrise is an ideal retreat for hiking, trekking and mountain biking holidays in Tuscany. A network of scenic hiking trails and MTB routes winds through the surrounding hills, passing chestnut forests, olive groves and beautiful countryside. Explore the trails of Monte Serra, discover the medieval village of Vicopisano and visit the magnificent Certosa di Calci. The villa is also a great base for day trips to Lucca, Pisa and Florence, as well as the Versilia beaches and the picturesque Cinque Terre on the Ligurian coast.

The panoramic swimming pool measures about 11x6 m with a variable depth from 1.20 m to 2.50 m and has salt depuration. The pool area is equipped with umbrellas, sun beds, and sun lounges.

Parking for 4-5 cars is available. Please note that the access road can be challenging but is manageable for most vehicles. We recommend driving cars with good traction and avoiding low-height or sports cars.
