Un excellent séjour
nous avons passé 10 jours dans une villa. L’hôtel est vraiment très bien et joli. La clientèle y est très largement américaine. La villa était grande avec un super jardin exotique où l’on pouvait rester au calme. Nous y retournons sans hésiter, le rapport qualité prix est très bon par rapport à d’autres destinations type Maurice.

Wonderful suites, excellent service and superb buffet breakfast and lunch. However dinner is limited to restaurants, and one of them is often closed, the Wok, the Italian restaurant is very small and limited to 4 people tables and always booked ahead so unusable. This results in the entire number of guests fighting for tables at the remaining 2 restaurants: blue Merlin and the Steak Restaurant. The Buffet is closed for dinner every day except Friday. This issue soured our view of the property.

I did not like the hard sale for an upgrade on room which did not enhance my experience other than the butler. Room had issues with toilet area commode seat broken. Would not do the upgrade again!!

So much litter around the property, which will no doubt end up in the ocean. The rain gutter right outside the gate to the resort is stuffed with garbage bags, and there are blue and purple plastic cleaning gloves laying in many places on the pavement. Landscaping was dead in many places and weeds way overgrown. They also dump loads of sand on the beach every day which means the water has zero visibility (the sand washes back in the water) so any snorkelling was totaly impossible. Iberostar does it so much better in the way they care for the environment. Food at Sanctuary was very good. Entertainment was ok. Staff was nice. Resort was at 50 percent and they would not allow 1 hour later checkout, even though we offered to pay the 40 dollar charge. Not a bad trip, but we probably wont go back here.

Everything was top notch and the employees were all extremely attentive, friendly and willing to do anything to make our stay exceptional and relaxing. Not one thing to complain about and has to be one of the best resorts out there. We would definitely be back.

This is a huge, beautifully maintained property. The food selections are delicious and fresh. The staff are beyond friendly and fun. Better than any place I’ve ever visited. It’s close to the airport. For an all inclusive, it’s the best one I’ve ever been to.

I loved everything about the property except that the beach is very small and half of it has lots of rocks that can hurt your feet and even make you fall when getting into the water
