It features a spacious balcony with a side sea view, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed plus a double sofa bed, a cozy living room with a double sofa bed, and a complete bathroom. The building offers a shared swimming pool, and one uncovered parking space is included.
