'We needed a place to stay close to a family gathering nearby and found this place. It said new and sure enough we were only the second entry in the guest book. Decor and appointments are very tasteful. Comfort and cleanliness were a 10! And as cautioned ahead of time the deer were plenitiful. Almost tame as they didnt run when passing in a car and folks across the street were hand feedin them. We also saw fox and racoons.ahead of time'

'Wife and I spent the weekend here for an anniversary getaway. Beautiful house, and a nice little cabin also available on the property for additional guests. The pool and hot tub were great options for relaxation, in addition to the bbq pit, fire pits, and multiple tables and chairs arranged around the quiet property. The back porch was perfect for romantic evenings, and there is a swing on the back edge of property partially overlooking canyon lake. The only down side i can think of was the lack...

'Loved the property. Everything appeared as advertised but even better than pictured. - Extremely clean - Great patio to watch deer in the a.m with a cup of coffee - Nice touch : gallon of water and sparking flavored water in the fridge and was cold. - Stocked coffee with filter and sweetener - Comfortable beds —AC was nice and cold. - Plenty of towels and stocked with shampoo , body wash, and conditioner. Had a great stay, will be back, and highly recommend to others.'

'Perfect little spot to stay right between Austin and San Antonio! Convenient to a couple stores and quiet. Looked exactly as it did in the photos! The property manager was easy to get in touch with and really nice. I enjoyed my stay. If you have small children with you or have them plan to visit it has a great little yard and swing but beware the nextdoor neighbors dogs, they DO NOT like kids and the fence is not very high. '

'We liked everything about the property. The only thing you have to think about is if the lake is too low you will not be able to swim in the back of the property. Other than that great experience '
