'Toilet paper holder in bathroom was broken, no plug in the bathtub drain to be able to take a bath, and found random hairs throughout the bathroom. '

'Everything was great during our stay. Nice lobby and spacious room with a big TV. Plenty of parking '

'Super clean, well decorated, spacious. Such a well thought out and planned layout. Gives a 5 star hotel vibes. The place smells great, loved the bed placement facing the windows. The bedding was comfortable too. We all slept well. Just bring conditioner, they have the rest int their refilling pumps in the shower. All the art exhibits are beautiful. Loved the dog treats. Breakfast choice and the Coffee was excellent. I can go on and on. Would highly recommend this place.'

'My family and I stayed for an overnight. The room is spacious and had a stove top and medium sized refrigerator. The bed is hard/firm and would like the pillows to be softer. The back of the Building had someone grilling on a portable grill. '

'Everything Is Was Great '

'Cheap stay in Jackson. Several quick places to eat at walking distance. Room was very clean, shower was hot and had good pressure. Just taking off some stars, as front desk gave me a key for an occupied room with somebody inside! Also it looked like there was no sound barrier between my ground level room and the room above me. It was insane how much I could hear from the guest upstairs walking all the time, close to midnight and then at 7am. Also huge gap on the bottom of the door that separates...
