'El edificio es espectacular, casi como un museo. La biblioteca y los jardines son preciosos. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas, y el personal, siempre amable. Las comidas y cenas a la carta son excelentes y el desayuno está muy bien, aunque algo por debajo. En general, una estancia fantástica en un entorno único.'

'We were 4 friends on a motorcycle trip through the Picos. This place looked amazing in the photos so we booked it.
It was amazing when we got there. Situated in a quiet town overlooking the mountains, the place was beautifully kept, the staff were great, the food was very good, and the fact that our command of Spanish was very poor didn't stop us from having a great overnight stay.
We didn't use the spa so can't comment other than it looked very nice.'

'The room was good, the shower in the bath is uncomfortable.
The service in the hotel is just available in spanish, we asked for that. We've been there for 3 days and we have never been greeted. They don't notice us when we pass. '
