This 1050 Sq Ft spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite is one of the largest in the Grande Rockies Resort



Fully furnished suite is a quiet corner unit on the third floor and has all the amenities to make a family vacation or romantic getaway unforgettable.



The location is perfectly convenient: walk across the street to get bike rental and grocery shopping done, and 5 minutes walk to downtown Canmore and various restaurants.



·      1-King size bed in the master bedroom, 1-Queen size in the second bedroom, and a pull out couch located in the living room, this unit can comfortably sleep 6 people.

This unit is in the Grande Rockies, a highly sought after hotel resort complex boasting a laundry list of amenities:

Small Print: this suite is not managed by the hotel; therefore, the front desk services are not available to guests. Rather, guests will be provided an access code prior to their stay, and will be able to go straight to the suite upon arrival.

Daily housekeeping service is not included, but can be arranged upon request.

Note: the sofa beds will not be made up at arrival.



Parking is limited in Canmore especially during high season May-September. Your condo has one dedicated parking spot available.

If you are bringing more than one vehicle you will have to find street parking nearby or in the Town of Canmore paid parking lots. This is beyond our control. We do appreciate your understanding of this.



Guest Access:

1.) The address of the condo is 901 Mountain Street, Canmore, Alberta in the Grande Rockies Resort

2.) to enter the building go thru the front doors past the Grande Restaurant turn LEFT,

3.) Take the elevator to the third floor

Use the entry code provided in the entry instructions.



The Neighborhood:

The location is perfectly convenient: walk across the street to get bike rental and grocery shopping done, and 5 minutes walk to downtown Canmore and various restaurants.

Walk across the street to new Rocky Mountain Bagel Co or Le fournil Bakery for fresh baked goods and excellent coffee.

Hotel amenities require period maintenance which are out of our control, we encourage you to check if pool and hot tub is open prior to booking

Construction notice November - April

Please note The Grande Rockies Resort will be undergoing roofing works in the Spring of 2026 . During this time there will be intermittent closures of the hot tub and pool area, we are waiting to hear of the exact dates and will provide them when available. Please understand this affects the whole resort and is beyond our control. Whilst these works should not affect the beautiful views available from the condo, it is possible there will be noise and dust disruptions. Should you have concerns or questions please reach out as we will be happy to provide any answers we can or suggest suitable alternate accommodations.



Elevator Notice

• Please be advised that the Elevators are currently out of service for the summer due to groundwater entering the elevator pits following heavy rainfall. To prevent damage and ensure guest safety, both elevators have been taken offline as directed by the elevator service provider and provincial inspector.

The property has engaged an engineering firm to develop a long-term solution, and repair planning is currently underway. Work will proceed as soon as conditions and contractor availability allow.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while these necessary repairs are completed.
