« This home was a perfect choice for us. My adult sons all live several hours away from me. We all were able to meet here and have our Christmas celebration, with just a couple of hours of driving for all. The location was very convenient and nearby several restaurants and shopping areas. The house was a good size, and tastefully decorated. Brian stopped by to say hello and to see if we needed anything. »

« This was the most idyllic getaway! The cabin is picturesque and cozy. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are super comfortable. Easily accessible to Greek Peak resort - we were able to go home for lunch on ski days and be right back on the mountain! Loved the other amenities as well - snow tubing and the indoor water park were so fun. Caryn and her son were extremely helpful and communicative! We can’t wait to go back! »

« This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs. Our college daughter loves we can bring a bit of home when we visit her by staying there… can bring the dogs, make home cooked meals or get carry out, watch movies together, etc. Home is well stocked and clean.
