'Muy buena experiencia!! Limpieza excelente, atención del personal impecable, desayuno variado, caliente y con buen sabor, las bebidas en la alberca muy bien👍
En lo personal considero que hay algunos detalles en las instalaciones y aspecto del edificio que ya requieren mantenimiento, se ve que son un poco antiguos y hace falta renovarlos: llaves y tubería de la regadera, pintura en el techo del baño, base y cabecera de la cama algo flojas, la habitación huele a humedad.

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

The food I’m not big on the buffet and didn’t try it for a few days and ate at the other restaurants and they were all good I didn’t get a chance to eat at the Asian restaurant because I couldn’t find it
It’s by the convenience store in the lobby back to the buffet it was really good I ate at the buffet every day and always found something good that I like and no waiting just in eat and done loved it

'I was truly impressed by this hotel. It’s really beautiful and feels very private. It’s not super busy and congested perfect for the baby moon that had! Only thing was the beach had some sarcasm as we expected due to the season so mainly use the pool. Only downfall from our experience was not having the menu information for room service and the hotel details in our room, which I notified them about and they never were able to provide that booklet in the room. 'I have said at a few different RIU's in Cabo and Cancun. I hate to say this was not one of the better ones. Very old, the rooms were old. The elevator was terrible. Always waiting sometimes over 10 minute wait Took the stairs one tiime along with several other quest. Location going down the beach was rocky had no place to sit near the water. The ocean was after all the huge rocks. Other resorts down the beach were beautiful and clean. The Riu in Cabo was so much better.'
