Ground floor :
- A beautiful, bright living room with a TV lounge area, a dining area with a convivial dining table that can seat up to 6 people.
- A functional, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso Virtuo coffee maker...
- One bedroom with two single beds (90x200)
- A bathroom with bath and shower,
- a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer,
- a separate WC.

First floor:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and its terrace
- Two bedrooms, each with a single bed (90x200)
- 1 shower room
- separate WC.

Outside:
- On the garden level, a first sheltered wooden terrace with a table and 6 chairs and a barbecue.
- A second terrace with deckchairs and a relaxation area on a net, overlooking the garden and offering a sea view over the Bay of Cancale.
- A large garden with electric gate.

The area :
The house enjoys an ideal location, facing the sea and just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast, with direct access to the GR 34 and the beach. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market in the market town of Cancale (on Sunday mornings) are just a 5-minute drive away.

Activities :
- Access the wild coast with its most beautiful fine sandy beaches: Port Briac beach just 400m away is accessible by the coastal path (GR34), Saussaye beach, Port Mer beach or Verger beach.
- The house is an ideal departure point for Saint-Malo and Mont-Saint-Michel.
- The Pointe du Grouin is a 30-minute walk away via the GR34.
- You can sample the famous Cancale oysters at the Port de la Houle, a 10-minute drive away.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park of the house, 3 cars can park there.
