Ideally situated in a calm environment, La Petite Émilie is at the heart of Port de la Houle in Cancale, with everything accessible by foot: sea, swimming, restaurants, and shops. It's the perfect base for exploring Cancale and its surroundings! Fully renovated in 2019, this 80 m² house with its cozy garden offers all the comfort needed for a delightful vacation with family or friends, enjoying the rhythm of the tides!

Upon entering the house, you step directly into the living area with its fully equipped open kitchen. You'll find everything you need to cook up some delicious meals. Bright and airy, this space offers direct access to the outside and the terrace. La Petite Émilie features a master suite on the ground floor with a 140x190 bed and an en-suite bathroom (Italian shower + 1 sink). Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190), the other with two single beds (90x190). The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and one sink. The house has two separate toilets, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.

One of the main highlights of La Petite Émilie is its lovely garden, facing southeast. In the warmer months, you'll find a barbecue and outdoor seating area perfect for al fresco dining. It's also an ideal play area for children! The house is located in a quiet area where everything can be done on foot, eliminating the need for a car. It has private parking for one car, a luxury in Port de Cancale, especially in summer. Access to the GR34 is quick and easy.

Note:

• The house is situated in a large green enclosure where another rental property (La Petite Jeanne) is located opposite. Each house has its own terrace and private garden area, both landscaped but unfenced
• Private outdoor parking is available for one car
• Upon your arrival, the beds will be made, and you'll have one large and one small towel per guest
• A €400 security deposit via pre-authorization will be required before entering the premises
