The bathroom is two-way, meaning the main bedroom has entry access to the bathroom, and it can also be accessed from the hallway.

Guests have exclusive use of this apartment and the dedicated parking space. Guests can also access the residents` gym & pool within the building.

- Key pick-up is offsite, about a 2 minute drive away (or 8 minute walk) down the street from the apartment. At checkout, the key will need to be returned to the same spot. Instructions will be provided prior to check-in.

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn`t a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.
