Located on the side of Northbourne Avenue, 2 km away from Canberra's CBD, 1.8 km away from Dickson (China town in Canberra) with a lot of restaurants and Asian grocery shops. There is a bus station located just 50 meters from the apartment and a tram station 200 meters away.

Mantra Hotel is located right next door of this beautiful apartment. You can enjoy a meal in the restaurants in Mantra if you don't want to travel or cook for food.

O'Connor shop is about 1 km away. It worths a 12 mins walk to try out the Duxton cafe/restaurant and the Vietnamese restaurant there. There are also IGA, post office, news agency and pharmacy at O'connor shop for your convenience.

Please scrub the toilet and dispose of any garbage before checking out.
1. Kids are welcome to join your stay. Unfortunately, they are not allowed to draw or paint on the walls/doors/carpet/tiles inside the apartment.

2. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50).

3. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay in our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

4. Please keep your noise level down and be mindful of your neighborhood.

5. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm.

6. There are some items in the kitchen and pantry (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, seasoning, cooking oil, etc) which you are welcome to use. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

7. Please be mindful of the use of appliances. As much as possible, do not use appliances all at the same as it will cause tripping of power and possible error in usage.

8. Please turn off lights and AC/Heating when out of the property.

9. Make sure all dishes, cups, cutleries, and cookwares are washed and put away before you check out.

10. If you wear fake tan, please bring your own sheets and towels. All tan stains will incur extra fees
