'We had a wonderful stay here! The restaurant on-site was absolutely delicious—definitely a highlight of our trip. Our room was also spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The only minor downsides were that we wished the property was dog-friendly, and it would have been great if the chairs in the room had footrests for a bit of extra comfort. That being said, the pros far outweighed the cons. We would absolutely recommend.'

'Food at Braxton’s was great. The staff all around the resort were amazing. All day, every day, just smiling and asking how we were doing and if we needed anything. The resort is beautiful and within walking distance to the quaint downtown area '

'The grounds are beautiful. The room was lovely. We did have an issue with the thermostat and controlling the temperature. Our greatest issue was the fact that even with the resort Wi-Fi connected and the password put in, the service was so poor that the phone wouldn’t work from one second to the next which made it incredibly difficult, almost impossible, to communicate with other parties on the grounds and coordinate for the event we were attending. 'We arrived off season. So the restaurant and store weren’t open and there was a lot of renovations seemingly going on around the property. Tye suite was a lot smaller than expected. The staff was so incredibly nice and the beach access was convenient. So no real complaints! We will be back!'

'It was the weekend before Memorial Day and nothing was open. The beach was beautifully raked, and the men that work there are fabulous. There was no microwave in the room and very short supplies for coffee and drinks. The fire pit wasn’t out either. The view from my room was beautiful.'

'The staff was super nice! The room was huge and very clean! The continental breakfast was good, but it was a bit sad that the restaurant has closed. There is a great pub/restaurant across the street! Plenty of free parking too. '
