'Beautiful house overlooking Monaco - our family stayed for 2 weeks. Pros: The host/owner Caroline was lovely, and communication was brilliant right from the start. The downstairs areas were great, the outside terrace was amazing. The location/view was spectacular and made all the difference. The pool and pool area was fantastic. 'This property is a real gem. The grounds and garden are truly wonderful. There are so many spaces to enjoy. Pool area, multiple outdoor dining areas, well stocked outdoor kitchen… The home itself is exceptionally well equipped and everything worked perfectly and is well maintained. 'Our stay was absolutely perfect. Our company consisted of 8 people, our family with three older children and their friends. All of them had a good time. 'Das Haus ist schön. Alle beschriebenen Räume sind im EG. Im OG wohnt der Vermieter mit seiner Familie. Das war für uns eine Überraschung, da es nirgendwo kommuniziert wurde. Und auch auf Anfrage wurde es uns nicht mitgeteilt. Aber Domenico ist sehr sehr nett, großzügig und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns immer wieder frisches Gebäck gebracht und er hat für uns gekocht! Auch bei unserem Reifenproblem war er uns sehr behilflich. Die Lage ist super! In 20 Minuten ist man in Monaco, san Remo oder Nizza....

'With a family of five we had a great week in October. The beds are very good, the kitchen has everything, including an ice cube maker in the fridge. The shower is perfect, we had more than enough towels and of course the views from the rooftop terrace are splendid. Parking is a bit of a hassle, we decided to park in the garage even if it meant blocking the road for a minute to manoeuvre. We made some great hikes on Cap Ferrat, in the mountains and in Nice., afterwards cooling down in our splash...

Der Verwalter hat sich während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr zurückgehalten, war aber auf Nachfrage sofort für uns da - grosses Lob an Sergio!! 'The location has a great advantage and a disadvantage. It's near the train station It's technically in France but in walking distance of the casinoes etc - Wifi was very bad in my room (2nd floor). Sometimes there was a connection but it dropped suddenly, of sometimes I couldn't even make the connection at all. Switching to 4G was difficult as well, because it's on the border of EU and non-EU. Breakfast guy was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!'
