🏠 The apartment is bright and spacious, perfect for a holiday with family or friends. It consists of a bright living room with two single sofa beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a stunning terrace with sea view 🌊, perfect for relaxing at sunset 🌅.
It also features a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower 🚿, and air conditioning ❄️ for maximum comfort.
Guests have access to a private parking space 🚗. Please note that the parking spot is small (height 1.90 m – width 2.10 m).
To reach the center of Camogli, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars, you need to walk down a staircase – about a 10-minute walk 🚶‍♂️. A peaceful location with a view that makes every step worthwhile! 💙

⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the “Historic Center.” If you decide to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking the access times. In any case, paid parking 🅿️ is available in town where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free! 😊

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation
• Additional cost: €30 per stay
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged accordingly

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the reservation price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the recycling rules
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be applied

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
