'You only get 1 room key nit 2 because the machine wasn’t working broken. Done people checked in and didn’t get any key card at all. Sad Upon arrival checked in to 2 rooms booked. Immediately had to get 1 room changed due to horrible smell from recent pipe burst and toilet running for over 20 mins. Kiara the nice employee changed the room no problem. Next room better but security bolt on door was missing. 2nd room key card was inactivated accidentally by me but I couldn’t get another card...

'Pool was under repairs. 2nd floor rooms were Cooled by portable AC units. Hallway on 2nd floor little to no ac TV in room did not work Tech problems prolonged check in. To their credit the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean.'

'I understand this is a budget hotel, and I wasn’t expecting luxury. However, there’s a big difference between being inexpensive and being dirty. The room was not just outdated—it was unclean. The sheets had stains and hair on them, which is completely unacceptable regardless of the price. Cleanliness should be the minimum standard for any hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again.'

'The Internet was very weak and spotty. I had to use my own phone hotspot to watch TV as there was no wifi signal. The tub needs non slip pads or mat as I slipped and almost hurt myself. Staff was friendly and helped as best as they could. The elevator is a big plus as well'

'If you’re looking for cheap and don’t mind mold in the shower it’s ok. Dont like the fact that they won’t go out of their way to provide breakfast to guest that have the book out before 8am. They could at the very least give you a muffin, fruit or something.'
