'This property is a nice, peaceful walk to downtown. The apartment had everything we needed and was in great condition. It was not a problem for us, but be aware you need to be able to walk up spiral stairs to get to the bathroom and bedrooms.'

'Lucy and John’s apartment has everything you need, and then there’s the beach! What a special place. I got up to watch the sunrise there many mornings. Lucy and John are wonderful hosts, attentive and friendly but respectful of privacy. They provide a great list of insider things to do, too. I’m so glad to have met them. And John even drops off veggies! Lincolnville is a perfect location to explore the mid coast of Maine; even Acadia NP is just a 90 minutes drive, very doable for the day. Easy...

'This was our second time to Belfast and the Ocean House. We stayed a few years ago on a couples trip and returned in 2023, this time with our kids (18yrs and 14yrs). Both trips were amazing! The Ocean House is a beautiful property with great gathering spaces and room for everyone to spread out. Seth & Greg are fantastic hosts. We can’t wait to return!'

'Caroline was delightful. We were in the attached "cottage" to the lovely Victorian B&B! It was nice to be able to purchase/participate in the fabulous breakfast (with a gorgeous view!) our first morning since we arrived so late the night before. Most of the cottage had been updated. The upstairs bathroom still needs updating as does the entire cottage electrical system to accommodate using more than one appliance at a time. Not a big deal though. We would definitely stay here again.'

'My husband and I stayed here in for several nights and really enjoyed our time. It's a very cute guest cottage close to the main downtown. Very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable bed, and quiet. Nice amenities, such as a fan, record player, wine/bottle opener & glasses, kitchen supplies, plenty of blankets, and designated parking spot. It was also very nice having a fenced backyard available for us. Highly recommend this charming cottage!'

'This house was awesome for our family to gather for my daughter's wedding. The wedding party got ready in the beautiful living room and there was plenty of room. Walkable to town and the wedding venue made this spot ideal. Seamless check in and check out.'
