'In general, this hotel exceeded our expectations and I whole-heatedly recommend. Clean rooms, nice lobby, friendly staff. The breakfast is not fancy, but it hit the spot and we enjoyed it. They are located right next to a stop on the Red Line, which makes getting to other parts of the city super easy. My only complaint is there is a mandatory "resort fee" when really the price should just be the advertised price. Breakfast is not exactly "included" and it's not exactly "free wifi" if they charge...

'Front desk female upon arrival was not too friendly. Pillows were very old. Parking was terrible. Ticket didn't work and we needed to call the parking attendant to let us out. Super inconvenient We were also given a room on the third floor which didn't feel good since it was near the conf rooms'

'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'
