In addition, free on-street parking is available on the main road at the front of the property, subject to availability a valuable feature for those travelling by car.

Pets are welcomed, please note we charge 35GBP per pet/per week.

We have a strict policy against parties or events of any kind on the premises. The lead guest must be 21 years old to complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload IDs of all the adult guests before check-in. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. We operate a self-check-in system and cannot meet our guests to check their IDs and verify guests in person. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.



SAFETY & SECURITY: Please make sure you close and lock all the windows and doors when you are not on the property. If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee. A fee will also apply if the keys are misplaced during your stay or not returned to the lockbox at check-out. Thank you, we really appreciate your co-operation!



For bookings made through Airbnb and Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy, the security deposit is waived. For direct and other bookings, a £350 security deposit hold will be placed on your card two days before check-out and released after your stay, provided no issues are identified.



For stays of 10 nights or longer, an interim housekeeping service or linen change must be arranged during your stay. Failure to do so may result in additional charges at check-out. Please do not wash our linens or towels, as they require professional laundering. Charges may apply for unauthorised washing, excessive soiling, or replacement of damaged items.



To help us prepare the property for our next guests, we kindly ask that you leave the home in a similar general condition to how it was presented at check-in. This includes disposing of excessive rubbish and ensuring that dishes, cookware and kitchen utensils are rinsed, cleared away or loaded into the dishwasher before departure. Additional cleaning charges may apply where the property requires significantly more cleaning than is normally expected following check-out.
