"Het hotel zelf is echt top: mooie, schone kamers en goede faciliteiten. We hebben hier over het algemeen een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Wat we wel merkten, vooral in het restaurant, is dat de houding van het personeel in het begin soms wat afstandelijk was. Zodra ze doorhadden dat we uit Nederland komen (Surinaamse achtergrond), veranderde de benadering duidelijk en werd de service veel vriendelijker. Ik snap dat dit niet altijd bewust gebeurt, maar als gast voelt dat toch vervelend. Al met al een goed hotel, maar dit punt deed wel iets af aan de ervaring."

"This resort is really 2 or 3 resorts in one. You can stay around the main area and have a traditional beach resort vibe. You can stay in one of the rooms surrounding the lagoon pool and garden to get a more tropical atmosphere or you could splurge and get one of the big villas if you want more privacy. We chose to stay in the lagoon area as that best fits us. The whole stay was honestly amazing, if we had more time in Da Nang we would have definitely still spent it at Furama resort"
