Set in the beautiful Tamar valley an Area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) Discover Calstock and the Tamar Valley from our lovely studio apartment. This stylish studio is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Sleeps 2 in a very comfy, guest-reviewed king-size bed.
Ensuite with toilet, basin, and a big walk-in shower, plus a walk in wardrobe to store clothes and luggage.
All bed linen, fluffy towels, earth-friendly shower and hand toiletries, and a hair dryer provided.

Living Area & Kitchen
TV with internet channels, WiFi, and DAB radio.
Kitchen with a fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and microwave, plus a collection of cookbooks.
Cleaning products and free use of an iron provided.

Welcome Pack
Fresh bread, Cornish butter, and semi-skimmed milk, plus a selection of teas and biodegradable coffee pods from the Eden Project, Cornwall.

Outdoor Space
Private courtyard with seating and outdoor dining areas.

The Artist's Retreat is connected to our house but has its own private entrance and outside space. Peaceful, quiet and your privacy assured.

No smoking indoors; no parties or events
Free parking on site. The lane to the parking space is on a narrow road and you will need to reverse back to the neighbour’s property to turn around, so please navigate carefully. There is alternative free parking 100 metres from our house. The host sends what3words directions, as the property can be tricky to find
