Located just 10 minutes by car from Calpe town and its beaches, this is the ideal spot for a peaceful yet convenient retreat.



As you enter via the private driveway, you’ll be greeted by a serene Mediterranean garden and your very own 8x4 private pool. Enjoy al fresco dining in the charming outdoor dining area, complete with a covered kitchen—featuring a gas stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, and more. Whether you're grilling or enjoying a sunset meal, the outdoor space is designed for relaxation and entertainment.



The main living space is located on the upper floor, accessed via an external staircase. A standout feature is the expansive balcony that stretches the width of the villa, providing a perfect setting for dining, lounging, and soaking in the incredible views. Inside, the large living area offers two connected dining spaces, a cosy corner with two armchairs, and a TV for quiet evenings in.



Off the main hallway is a spacious bedroom with balcony access, air conditioning, and wardrobe space. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet completes the upper floor.



On the lower main level, you’ll find three additional bedrooms with air conditioning and wardrobe space. Two with double beds and one with two single beds. There are two modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Additionally, a fourth bedroom, with a private entrance near the outdoor kitchen, offers a double bed and bunkbed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom, making it an ideal private retreat.
