The water level at the end of the dock was 2 or 3 feet deep which made us feel comfortable that our kids could all touch and not have to worry about one getting hurt. 'For the price, air conditioning would be nice.All furniture is great except for the two couches in the living room. The fully upholstered one stunk of dog on hot days and the pull-out couch is not very comfortable and old.When paying a 300 cleaning fee, we should not be asked to sweep the floors. We found out alter one day that the floors had not been washed for a long time. Bare feet were very dirty.The upstairs bathtub is an accident waiting to happen. 'We really enjoyed our vacation. The cottage was clean, well equipped and just lovely. It should be noted that the parking is on a hill or at the top of the hill. The screen porch is fabulous to relax out of the sun, protected from bugs with a great view of the lake. We loved swimming in the lake and the canoe.
