'This was the best hotel experience I've had in years! Angel made the check in process smooth AND and gave me top notch insider tips on dining in the area. Keith's jeep was such a convenience to go to dinner each evening. The breakfast basket is an adorable touch but the food was a bit repetitive. The library is cozy and welcoming. I spent a few hours there. The hotel itself is in a very convenient location close to most restaurants and shopping. Would definitely come back here and to Charleston '

'Everything about this place was just fantastic! The cleanliness and the comfortability was amazing. The staff were so welcoming. I was immediately offered complimentary champagne which kicked off our stay! This hotel is in the heart of downtown so we were able to shop, eat and look around all within walking distance which is a plus! The rooftop bar was such a vibe! I would absolutely stay here again! 'We really enjoyed our stay at the Palmetto over the holidays. The hotel is clean, well appointed, and was beautifully decorated. The breakfast in the morning was a great perk. The selections are limited but the food offered was delicious. We also enjoyed the lobby bar for a nice after dinner cocktail. We found the location to be very convenient and we were able to walk to the market, restaurants, and the waterfront easily. We would stay here again given the opportunity. '
