Casa Mareva – Above the Atlantic

Step inside Casa Mareva and the first thing you notice is the view. The living spaces open almost entirely towards the Atlantic through floor-to-ceiling glass, bringing the ocean, pool and gardens into the house.

Inside, the design is contemporary but warm. Exposed concrete ceilings are softened by bamboo floors, linen curtains and natural textures, while the open-plan living room and kitchen create an easy space to cook, share meals and spend time together. Slide open the glass doors and the living area flows directly outside.

The pool sits at the heart of the garden, surrounded by greenery, places to stretch out in the sun and shaded corners for slower afternoons. From here, the Atlantic is always in front of you.

One of Casa Mareva’s most distinctive spaces is tucked into the architecture itself: a cave-style jacuzzi, designed as an intimate grotto where you can retreat from the sun or end the day in warm water. As evening falls, move outside to the fire pit, pour a glass of wine and watch the colours change over the ocean.

The house welcomes up to six guests in three ensuite bedrooms. Each has been designed with the same calm, natural character as the rest of the house, offering privacy and comfort while remaining connected to the gardens and surrounding landscape.

Casa Mareva is a house made to be lived with the doors open, moving naturally between inside and out, pool and garden, shade and sun, with the Atlantic always there.
