Please be aware the front doors of the building lock at 10pm. If you book, you`ll have to pick up the key/fob in a different location.

Our condo boasts all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning ensures that you stay cool during the warmer months, while the cozy king bed promises a restful night`s sleep. You`ll also have the convenience of underground parking, so you can explore the city without worrying about parking hassles.

All guests must complete an ID verification, in order to receive Arrival Instructions.

You will have entire private access to the condo

For patio or balcony access, please use caution and avoid fully closing the doors, as they may lock automatically behind you.

*** POOL is closed for the winter.

Please be aware the front doors of the building lock at 10pm. If you are arriving later than this, do not proceed with the booking or inquire about late check in (40$ Fee)

PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES :
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed. Any remnants or smell left behind will result in a $500 fine charged to your Airbnb account.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No unregistered guests allowed.
5. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
6. Please respect noise levels and noise curfew. 10PM on weekends and 9PM on weekdays.
7. Please respect Check-in & Check-out times.
8. Please take care of your keys. Lost Keys incur a replacement cost.
9. Please take care of the furnishings. You must pay for any damages caused.
10. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. You will be asked to leave with no refund.
12. Please DO NOT take towels home after your stay. Any missing towels will be charged to your account.
13. Please do not have any mail, packages, or documents sent to our property. If you require something of this nature during your stay inquire with us first.
14. If any items are left behind there is $50 charge for having it shipped back to you for postage and Staff time/efforts.

17. Under NO circumstances are you allowed to use the internet connection to download illegal copyright files. If we are notified by the internet provider, it is an automatic $1,000 fine applied to your Airbnb account.
