The laundry area is shared with the downstairs suite and located in a separate section of the basement. Guests can access it through a door connected to the kitchen, which remains lockable for privacy when not in use. The basement guests have their own side entrance, ensuring both suites enjoy independent access and comfort.

Driveway parking is available for one vehicle, with free street parking nearby. Guests can also enjoy the front garden area during their stay.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

This house has a completely private entrance and is entirely separate from the lower-level unit. Guests are kindly asked to be respectful of quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM as the basement suite may also be occupied.

The home includes central heating, ultra high-speed Wi-Fi, and all essentials for a comfortable stay, fresh towels, linens, toiletries, and laundry detergent. A high chair and portable playpen are available upon request.
