'Belgrano is a very nice neighborhood, with good food and activities nearby. It is not too far from Palermo. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good but could vary the pastries a bit. The pool was great since there was a major heatwave in Buenos Aires. Logically it got busy, but was great to be able to cool down.'
