Escape to Arbor Retreat, a tranquil haven nestled in a charming Caldwell subdivision. This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is your perfect getaway, featuring vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, and a serene, plant-filled atmosphere.



The spacious living room invites you to relax with its mountain-inspired décor, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities and granite countertops, perfect for home-cooked meals. The master suite offers a king bed, his and hers closets, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The additional bedrooms include a queen bed and two sets of twin bunk beds, making it ideal for families or groups.



Step outside to enjoy the covered patio, complete with a BBQ and a cozy bench swing, surrounded by a lush, landscaped yard. Whether you're savoring your morning coffee or winding down after a day of adventure, the outdoor space is designed for relaxation.
