'Our stay at Casa Luis was extremely disappointing and not as advertised. The first room had a foul, overwhelming odor and was not properly prepared for the three guests we had booked and paid for. 'This was our first time at this hotel it had been recommended by some friends who are frequent visitors, check in was seamless the reception team really are attentive and are happy to answer any questions. ,We had a superior room which had a contemporary light feel, everything was spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows were very comfy. All areas of the hotel was well maintained and clean and all the staff were very friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.'
