Asfodeli House is located in Cagliari, just a 10-minute ride from downtown by public transportation.

The apartment features a living area with a sleeper sofa and a kitchenette, complete with French doors leading to a balcony that overlooks the main street.

Continuing through the spacious hallway that leads to the sleeping area, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, both equipped with showers, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

Asfodeli House welcomes us with a living area finished with attention to every detail, featuring a TV nook and a very comfortable sofa bed. There is also a large, fully equipped kitchen with French doors leading to the balcony overlooking the main street.

Continuing through the spacious hallway that leads to the sleeping area, we find three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, both equipped with showers and windows. The largest bedroom and one of the bathrooms have direct access to the second balcony, which is perfect as a laundry area.

The property boasts three different orientations, a feature that keeps it bright and airy throughout the day.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in all three master bedrooms, and the living room features a split-system unit for both heating and cooling; domestic hot water is provided by a water heater.

Located in the central area, Asfodeli House is particularly well-served by public transportation to the center of Cagliari, with a stop right outside the door.

The property is equipped with Wi-Fi.

With this accommodation, your family will be close to all the amenities needed to get around even without a car while staying in Cagliari. If you want to visit the beautiful coastlines of our island, a car is a must.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire property.

The house has two entrances: the first is on Via Asfodelo 54, where there is a courtyard and free parking; the other is on Via Del Canneto 53/A, where bus line 1 runs.

On Via Del Canneto 53, you’ll find the pizzeria La Mitica; on Via Del Canneto 35,

; the tobacco shop where you can buy bus tickets (Via Del Canneto 1); and

the Playcar Car-Sharing Station (Via Del Canneto 29).

Other things to keep in mind:

It’s easy to find free parking right near the house, but there’s also a private parking lot in the house’s courtyard. If you decide not to rent a car, a bus (Line 1) departs near the house on Via Flavio Gioia, taking you to the city center (Via Roma, Piazza Yenne) and bringing you right back to the house on Via Del Canneto.

The bus service is efficient! You can buy tickets every day, except Sundays, at the tobacco shop at Via Del Canneto 1.
