'Kind of a quirky place - one big open concept room with fully stocked kitchen, dining room, 2 comfy queen beds and a living room section plus the bathroom with a washer and dryer. 'The houseboat is nice inside with lots of wood and windows, the deck on the harbour is large and comes with deck chairs, table, picnic table and bbq. It is in a good location. The size of the unit is larger, with 2 bedrooms, a bed in the living room, and a couch that can be also be slept on. If you have a family with several children, this is a good size unit. There are some things to note and consider, though. There is no sound insulation between the floor of the upper unit and the lower unit,...

'Loved this quaint 2nd level apartment! It was perfect for our family of four and was well equipped in the kitchen. Enjoyed the location which was in easy distance from the whale watching tour, restaurants and right at the fisherman’s wharf where we purchased fresh lobster from the boat! The balcony was great for watching the active harbour area. Liked the in unit laundry facility! There is a steep set of stairs to access the apartment. I would definitely recommend!'

'Basement apartment was as described. Very quiet. Beds were ok. Host was very responsive and check in was easy!'

'Lillian our host, was excellent in making sure we knew how to get to the property and was quick to answer any questions. The property and location was clean and exactly as described, 10 - 11 minutes from Baddeck. The only thing we would note is that we could hear the person above us walking in their unit and some voices from the unit next door. Quiet hours were respected so it wasn’t a big deal.'
