'TV didn't work - had to change rooms because it is tied into the billing. maintenance team tried to fix it. Then were fine. Breakfast made my husband and I sick. Could have been the greasy thin bacon that was way overcooked. The new room had a bathroom faucet that had very little water coming out of it. 'Rooms need renovating. Furnace was old and hard to regulate air/heat. Room was humid. Shade was broken therefore no sunlight was able to come into the room. '

'Greeted by every staff member we encountered. The warm cookies were a very nice touch! The bathtub was scratched on the bottom. The pillows were not comfortable for me but my husband had no problem with them. The sofa in the living area was comfortable as a sofa but we did not use it as a bed. Overall, a good stay. '

'The house, built 1870, would be a dream for children: candy, cookies, chocolate, muffins, candybars e v e r y w h e r e !! Inside it has an extensive collection of all kind of odds and ends, which makes the house so cozy! We stayed in the governer's room, a big room with a comfortable king bed. 'If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be. I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. 'I got a good deal on a luxury room. It’s a little humid and the casino area smells of smoke but that is to be expected. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. Staff were helpful and didn’t give us a hard time. Would recommend.'

'The first room we were in, the air did not work. Moved us to a different room no problem. Next morning we only got to take 1 shower, there was 3 of us, the shower was a walk in shower ansmd it flooded the bathroom and out to the front door. We had a mess to clean up because the shower did not drain well. We were on our way to a memorial service and 2 of us did not get to shower. The property has refunded our money. The beds were comfy and everything else was great for us.'

'The hot tub is nothing more than a big bath tub. The jets weren't working the staff said think of it as swirl spa. there was really not nuch swirl to it. Honestly the Hot tub is why we booked. The property was clean, updated. unfortunately the city was on a boil water so they handed out 2 bottles of water when you checked in. There was no breakfast only grab and go food. A full breakfast is part of the price. There was no discount offered. The staff was nice.'
