« There’s a lot to love about this place. There were a few disappointments too. The property was super clean inside and out! Everything was well presented. Freshly renovated. That’s a bonus. The rooms were cosy and had simply breathtaking views of Petra. The terrace and pool was lovely to soak up those views! The rooftop bar was closed sadly but we wandered up to take some photos at sunset. The staff were genuinely lovely. But there were inconsistencies. I had some issues with failing to book...

« Tout était parfait »

« Nous avons été merveilleuse bien accueillis. L’équipe était adorable. Les repas proposés le soir étaient délicieux »

« Very good hotel, near the Petra visitor center. Very nice and caring staff, took very good care of us, thank you. Breakfast at the top. Highly recommend. »

« Very convenient. Visitor center across the street. Friendly staff. Restaurants were all around. So location was unbeatable. Parking at the back on gravel. Bed was comfortable. Nothing inconvenient. And price was reasonable as well. So I was happy overall. »

« This hotel is practicing over booking. When we arrived around 6pm, the receptionist told us that our reservation was not confirmed by the hotel despite our confirmation number received by Hotels.com one month ago. They said that our confirmation number is not valid without their confirmation number. In reality, they just sold our room for a higher price. They just offered us a free buffet dinner and told us there is another hotel very far from Petra gate where we can get a room. As we were dead...

« Clean, close to Petra, nice staff, basic but sufficient breakfast. Room needs some extra fourniture like a lamp, tea coffee, a TV, but it's still a new hotel. Wifi not working. »

« Chambres et personnel accueillant , proximité du site »
