'We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, cute, and absolutely perfect for our trip. The host was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond—when we realized we needed an extra night that wasn’t originally open, they made it possible for us to extend our stay. 'The cottage is nice and communication was good. The town of Damascus is very small, so be mindful that theres not any food/stores open late. Overall, I stayed at the house while attending the race in Bristol. The cottage took about 40 minutes to get to, including traffic from Bristol Motor speedway. '

"One night stay here after staying at their sister hotel in Raleigh. The property itself is fine but no atmosphere compared to Raleigh. Easy parking, clean and comfortable room. Not much to do within walking distance, except a burger takeaway. We tried to walk to a nearby microbrewery. It should've been a 5 minute walk, but we found it impossible to cross the 6-lane highway in front of the motel so gave up and went back to our room. Maybe, as Europeans, we're not used to the American way of driving everywhere, but to visit a brewery, walking would seem a safer option. Pleasant enough motel but not sure we'd return."
