Welcome to an inviting 3-room non-smoking holiday apartment, ideally located in the front area of an apartment building with a total of four holiday apartments. This spacious accommodation with free WiFi can accommodate up to 5 people and is perfect for families or small groups.

On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living and dining room with a fireplace and a cozy sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and has an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee machine. Everything you need to pamper yourself and your loved ones. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower, toilet and hand basin.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a cozy double bed and the other with two single beds. An additional toilet with hand basin is also available.

Parking is available in the courtyard or on the street, and a bicycle shed is available for your bicycles. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for general use (for a fee) is also available.
