This is a massive karst cave carved by water and stone over millions of years. They are located about 700 meters above sea level on the slopes of the Sierra del Cabeçó d’Or, approximately 23 km from the city of Alicante.

The interior is breathtaking: a main hall of over 80,000 m³ with a vault up to 70 m high, comparable to a natural cathedral. Inside, you can see spectacular formations such as stalactites, stalagmites, columns, and “medusa” shapes—whimsical figures that look like sculptures created by nature.
