Is is one bedroom with a king size bed that converts to twin beds if required. The Retreat is quiet and peaceful, even with a full compliment of guests staying. Karen is a superb host and is a great credit to the property. We thought this might be our last visit to Norfolk Island given the world has re-opened but it is just such a relaxing place, so...

« Not as glamorous as anticipated. But convenient and friendly. Bananas were a welcome bonus. A makeover with a lick of paint and some nice bedding would improve it greatly. First car was dodgy but fortunately it was replaced with a better one. However would stay there again even though a little overpriced »

« We loved our stay at Crown Hibiscus just out of town (Burnt Pine). It was a 10 minute walk into town but everybody has and needs a rental car on Norfolk but this too was seamlessly organised for us. Nothing was a problem for the very friendly staff. Our unit was nicely furnished with modern amenities which we did not expect. Even a picnic back pack was supplied as there are MANY delightful BBQ & picnic settings all around the lovely island and in the knowledge that there are only supplies/shops...
