'Hot tub was not filled all the way and the chlorine burned our eyes. The waffle makers need to be updated because even with spray the waffles stuck. There were oranges, apples, waffles, milk, coffee, cereal, muffins and raisin bagels and toast. No eggs, sausage or bacon.. there was some oatmeal and juices too.. overall we did like staying tho. The kids enjoyed the pool'

'When I checked in at 2230 after work I was advised that the water was off until morning. So that’s was an issue. When I woke up to get ready for work water was still shutoff. When I got off work at 7pm and arrived back at the hotel again water was still off. So when I left Sunday morning it still hadn’t come on. That’s terrible business and I’m very unhappy with my stay. I was not compensated what so ever. '

'It was extremely dirty none of the amenities were working … no ice machine so hot tub they advertise breakfast for no reason because they don’t offer it… there were a lot of shady people walking the halls no security coming in all doors remain unlocked…. We didn’t even get a blanket a sheet and flat pillows were provided for our stay…. My children learned what a drug addict looks on this trip!!! Stay away from this place at all costs !!!!!!! '
