Unwind around the cozy firepit, on the expansive furnished deck or serene screened in porch area all surrounded by breathtaking lake views and the amazing sunsets in Lake Anna. An elegant waterfront property perfectly suited for family reunions and friend getaways. Dreams Come True sleeps 19 people comfortably and has plenty of large open spaces for gathering and making memories. This beautiful home has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and style with plenty of space for family and friends and many gathering areas to enjoy your time together. The home easily accommodates large groups with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

The open concept main floor includes a magnificent primary bedroom suite, dedicated Home Office, gorgeous Great Room, well equipped large Gourmet Kitchen with top of the line Thermador appliances, 2 indoor dining areas, and a screened in area with dining table. The lake level offers a game room with a smart TV, a ping pong table, kitchenette and wet bar, movie room with Xbox, bunk room, full bath, kids play room with foosball and games, toys and books for endless entertainment. The upper level includes a large family suite with a king bed and twin bed and a private ensuite bathroom and Smart TV, a large king suite with private ensuite bathroom and Smart TV, as well as an additional king bedroom with Smart TV, and another queen bedroom with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. The home is equipped with the fastest 1Gb fiber optic internet on the lake - perfect for working in our dedicated home office and streaming your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone!

Spend your days soaking in the sunshine on the dock, fishing for your big catch, paddling around the cove with our kayaks and paddleboards, or enjoying a barbecue on the deck with the provided grill. Enjoy plenty of fun in the yard playing pickleball, cornhole, spikeball or just throwing a football. As the day winds down, gather around the fire pit for unbelievable sunsets and s'mores under the stars!

You'll have access full access to our entire house, and our property. You may also access our community common area which includes a full basketball court, tennis/pickleball court, sand volleyball court, private sandy beach and boat launch in case you wish to bring your own boat or jet ski! Our private boat slip at the house is available for your personal use during your stay.

This home is located in Lake Anna’s premier neighborhood, Noah’s Landing. Noah’s Landing is located on the most private and coolest pond of the private side of Lake Anna. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. Amazing community amenities include a tennis court, basketball court, sandy beach, sand volleyball court, and miles of private roads and trails for walking, jogging and cycling providing plenty of areas for fun and recreation.

This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft.

We use keyless entry smart locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

Guest (regardless of booking platform used) will be required to sign a Renter Agreement and provide a credit card for security deposit of $1,000 within 48 hours of booking, or within 4 hours if booking less than 72 hours prior to arrival. (Security deposit hold will not be processed until 2 days prior to check-in.)
