'Our room had a terrible smell. When we asked about changing rooms because of the smell, we were told that they were sold out. They didn't have another pillow so that my son could have 2 pillows for the pull-out. We also were not given a bath mat. The blinds didnt work and had little holes in them (and there was a wash cloth stuck at the top of the blinds?). When I asked about the guarantee that hangs for customers to read by the front desk (it says something about how they will make it...

'The first room, the door would not open. He gave me a second room and the room was filthy. Floor was not sweep or mopped, vanity mirror was smeared, television was out, but the hotel down the street had television, a fragrant odor that was strong, and the bed didn't look inviting. I checked out and went to another hotel. I would like a refund on my visit.'

'Booked this hotel, received my confirmation, when I arrived they said they were full! Had to find other accommodations, so not satisfied at all with Super 8. The hotel could've at least called, texted, or emailed, to let me know there had been a mistake made in my booking, but I was blindsided the day of my check in.'
