Your access to the garden

From the first floor, you have direct access to the well-maintained garden. Ideal for a relaxed breakfast outdoors or a glass of wine in the evening as the sun slowly disappears behind the trees. The pool is just a few steps away.

The cozy living room features modern furnishings, a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV for relaxing evenings. The open layout to the kitchen creates a welcoming, spacious atmosphere. However, our guests are often drawn outside—because Istria awaits right on your doorstep.


Kitchen for Self-Caterers and Food Lovers

The modern kitchen, featuring a granite countertop, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher, is fully equipped. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, as well as cutlery, dishes, pans, pots, and glasses are at your disposal. Visit the weekly market in Buje, buy fresh tomatoes, olive oil from local farmers, and Istrian pršut, and cook to your heart’s content. The dining table with six chairs offers plenty of space for convivial meals.


Two bedrooms—two oases of tranquility

Bedroom 1: Double bed, spacious closet, and reading lamps for relaxing evenings.

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with a spacious closet—a little adventure for kids or a practical solution for friends traveling together.

Both bedrooms are bright, quiet, and furnished with great attention to detail.


Pool and private barbecue area in the garden

The saltwater pool is shared with two other apartments and offers plenty of space for swimming, cooling off, or relaxing on a lounge chair. The gentle saltwater is soothing to your skin and particularly gentle on your eyes and hair.

A private barbecue area is exclusively at your disposal—perfect for cozy evenings with fresh fish, regional vegetables, and a glass of Istrian wine.

A Day in Your Neighborhood

Morning: In about 10 minutes, you can reach Umag with its crystal-clear waters, well-maintained pebble beaches, and the ACI Marina.

At noon: Weekly market or a stroll through Buje (about 4 km) with its Venetian architecture and regional cuisine.

Afternoon: Cycling through olive groves, a trip into the hinterland, or relaxing by the pool.

Evening: Grožnjan (approx. 12 km), the artists’ village with a special atmosphere, or Motovun (approx. 27 km) with spectacular views.

For longer excursions: Pula (approx. 60 km) with its Roman amphitheater or Brijuni National Park (approx. 60 km) with Mediterranean flora and historic ruins.
