An open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this level, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with its own exit to the terrace as well. A separate WC is also available on this floor for added convenience.

On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms are arranged to provide comfortable and private sleeping quarters.
