'Gorgeous hotel, the design is cohesive throughout, lovely art, comfortable and beautiful at the same time. So many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Well located, staff is super friendly and professional at the same time. The spa is wonderful, drinks in the lobby bar perfection. Towels were huge and soft. Robes super soft and comfy. Ok the only thing I can fault is the pillow cases were not soft..oddly scratchy but that’s really sounding spoiled now isn’t it?'
'Fine stay in a junior suite. The remark at checkin that an upgrade we were entitled to was not available and then was compensated with a free drink was a kind of cheapo. Some, minor, things we missed we will comuncate with the hotel other then there was no climate control in the room. The heath was on or off, Regulating the temperature by opening or closing the windows while heavy roadworks are going on is no picnic. But then again it was compensated with another free drink😉. Luckily not all...
'1 overnatning på turen hjem. Der fortrød vi ikke, sjældent set bedre beliggenhed af et hotel, med udsigt over Schwarzwald og helt til Frankrig. Kunne sidde på terassen og spise med dette view over dalen. Selv på værelset var der balkon med bord og stol med udsigt over vinmarker. Vi kommer der igen, helt sikkert. Ligger lige på en vandrerute hvis man er til det. Dejlig service fra alle på hotellet.'

Breakfast has unique make your own juice section and the food was amazing. A lot of local specialties of offer.

'The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. The hotel offers a great list of recommended restaurants in the area and there is quite a lot of street parking available all around the property, as well as a few charging stations...
'Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De hotelkamer is schoon en zag er sfeervol uit. Douchen kan alleen in bad. Hotel ligt aan de rand van het centrum en daardoor heb je geen last van het lawaai. Zeker een hotel waar wij terug zouden komen. '
'Very nice stay at the hotel. The room is spacious and has even a kitchen. The sheet cover of the bed was dirty (blood and coffee?) and changed it a day later at the housekeeper. Breakfast is good and delicious in the fancy breakfast room. Nice staff (housekeeping as well as at the reception). Free Parking at the front (or behind) of the hotel. Public transport is around the corner. '
